Learn moreWe’re still delivering to our customers safely. Since the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make a few changes. If you’re self-isolating then we’re now only able to deliver products to your doorstep. Otherwise, we’ll come into your home and take your product to any room you choose.
We’ll deliver any product to your home, 7 days a week.
- We schedule deliveries from 7am until 7pm.
- You can choose a paid morning or afternoon delivery timeslot when you checkout.
- Free delivery is also available.
- We’ll text you a 4 hour timeslot on the morning of your delivery.
- We'll give you your driver’s number just in case there are any issues.
- Your driver will call you to keep you up to date on the day.

We’ll get your new freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. If your appliance comes with handles and they’re packaged separately, then unfortunately the drivers won’t be able to fit them for you.
- Remove & Recycle £20.00
If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.
If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.
The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
- Disconnection £5.00
We’ll disconnect your old appliance when we deliver your new one
- This includes disconnecting it from your water pipes if it’s plumbed in

Just a quick note: if you’re buying a freestanding appliance to replace an old integrated one, we won’t be able to disconnect it

Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.
