We've used it a few times now and it is great. Not too loud and does the job. It's taking a while to get used to all the different settings but the manual is easy to use. My oyster annoyance is that the blue tape that was used to keep the door from opening during transportation did not come off very well when the delivery men unpacked it so we now have a sticky patch of tape on it.

Excellent machine and does every thing it says on the tin. Love the quick washes and eco settings and it is not too complicated - quite simple really. Wifi control is also very good.

We’ve had this machine for just over 2 years. Very disappointed It has a good selection of settings, however the actual wash is mediocre. We changed from an old Samsung washer dryer and there is a very obvious difference to the quality of the wash between the 10 year old machine and this new “Hoover” washer dryer. On top of it all, the internal plastic paddles keep braking off. We are a family of two, so the machine isn’t used every day. We only wash clothes and bedding, there should be no reason for this to be happening. All the paddles have been replaced and will still brake off. I expected much more from this machine considering its cost.

Great machine. Super efficient for a family who has regular washes to put on. We definitely need the 9kg load. It also has a timer function so that if you want to get a wash done over night or first thing In The morning then you can and it’s WiFi functionality makes putting it on whenever suits you super easy. The drying function is also great with low and high heat to take care of your clothes.
