    Tips for measuring up

    There are two types of built-in microwave you can buy – standard and compact. This is a standard model, which means it’s around 60cm wide. Measure your kitchen space to make sure it’ll fit. Also, you’ll need to check the depth of the space, as built in microwaves vary between 45 and 60cm.

    Microwave fine. Grill doesn't brown the food

    We bought this for our fitted kitchen to replace our Panasonic free standing microwave grill. The microwave is fine. The grill is rubbish. It is not fit for purpose. We have just had an engineer call to check it and he said it is not faulty. The grill stand is too far away from the grill element. All it does is dry food out. Our old microwave grill worked perfectly. What a waste of money.

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
