Great looking, great picture but complicated.

Great looking product with excellent picture quality, very clear sound from the TV so no need for a sound bar plus its easy to set up but I would say it suffers from being overly complicated. 2 remote controls makes no sense and the ability to access art (big selling point) is via the Samsung app, cannot get this to work currently.

Having some hearing loss and finding my hearing aids uncomfortable I thought purchasing this item might allow me to watch TV at a much lower volume setting. Once installed it certainly did all I was expecting and also had the advantage that it connected via bluetooth with my alexa unit so I can now listen to online music a lot easier. Setting up was fairly simple despite the instructions being a little vague. Overall an excellent product for the price.

Sound quality is incredible for such a compact speaker system. Looks great with the TV and connecting was so simple.
I had the full ‘old school’ surround sound set up before and this is hands down better and easier, no lifting carpets to hide cables etc etc just plug in, connect and go!
