Fantastic sound quality once I got the gremlins sorted. I was on the point of demanding a return/refund when I noticed a short paragraph at the end of the Specifications section, far away from the set-up instructions. It explained how to do a re-set, and that solved all the problems I'd had with pairing the bluetooth. The tv and soundbar together seem not to like being switched off at the mains, and sulk if I try to switch them on without waiting a few minutes after switching on the mains. I don't leave the mains switched permanently because of the "vampire item" current drain.

This is by far the best purchase I’ve made for my entertainment setup. It was easy as pie to hook up. The SmartThings app available makes customising everything to your tastes extremely intuitive. I love the profile of the soundbar as it’s shockingly small but definitely packs a punch far louder yet crisper than premium soundbars. The sub is cute and heavy. The bass is deep and doesn’t sound distorted at all - even at it’s loudest. Definitely gives you a premium vibe. The sub seemingly melts into my set up and I love the panda like look with the white sub and black speaker. Kudos to the design team at Samsung, they’ve definitely upped their game here. I also love that the soundbar has Alexa built in and again is intuitively designed and integrated with the SmartThings app to help you get the most out of how you may want to customise your home automation. Absolutely love this.

Great sound and looks great. Check connection requirements and be wary if the fact it doesn't come with a cable.

Ordering was easy. What was a positive experience was that I received a call that they had received the order and explanation when I can expect the delivery of the item. On top of this, on the day of the delivery, the communication was outstanding. It was clear who was going to deliver the item and at what time.
