Overall the Hotpoint HZA1.UK1 freezer appears to be a good buy, but after installation of the freezer under the counter, it was found to operate much louder than expected.
The freezer operated higher than the advertised 38db on the AO web site. I definitely wouldn't recommend this freezer for open plan living.
Thankfully, AO agreed to replace freezer.
