    Hisense I6433C 60cm Induction Hob - Black

    AO Finance

    Product Overview

The culinary possibilities are endless with this stylish electric hob from Hisense. It has 4 induction zones that use electromagnets to directly target the base of your pans, rather than the whole surface - making sure that no energy is wasted. It’s also got pan detection technology, so it will only warm up when it senses cookware on top, so it’s super-safe. Plus, the handy residual heat indicator lights up when it’s too hot to touch, and will automatically turn off when it’s cool enough to be wiped down. And, if you’re cooking with a larger dish, this model’s bridge zones let you alter the layout or even combine zones to fit larger pots.

    4 induction zones

This hob has 4 induction zones. Induction technology warms the pan – not the hob, so you get instant, precise heat. You can adjust the temperature straightaway, so nothing will boil over and it’s also powerful enough to boil water in less than 1 minute. The smooth surface makes it really easy to clean as spills simply wipe away.

    Control panel lock

This clever hob has been designed with your safety in mind. You can lock the control panel to prevent the hob from being accidentally switched on, or to stop wandering hands from changing the temperature during cooking. This keeps you and your family safe, so you can have complete peace of mind.

    Tips for measuring up

When measuring for an induction hob, the depth and height are usually standard, so you should focus on measuring the width – it’ll be between 60 and 90cm. Also, you need to make sure no cupboards will hang over the hob, and that there’s at least 65cm between the hob and your cooker hood. Learn more with our guide.

Works well but instructions and customer support could be better.

This is my first experience of using an induction hob and so far I am very pleased with the way it works. It seems very efficient at heating pan contents and the temperature is quite controllable. I like the fact a timer can be set and that the hob has auto-shutoff. The installation instructions could be better, for instance when it is first mentioned, you are told to stick a foam strip round the underside of the edge of the hob, but later, it tells you to stick it 2-3mm in from the edge, which is too late as it cannot be repositioned. Also, the instructions say that only certain ovens should be installed beneath the hob as they need to provide cooling around the inside of the cabinet. However, finding out which ovens are suitable is proving difficult as the Hisense website does not provide the information required and customer services do not seem prepared to provide a list of the ones that work with the hob.

We knew this Hob was what we wanted, as this was to replace one that was fault.

    Fantastic service

I am really pleased with my new hob and the service provided by ao. Our hob arrived on the day expected (delivery was free), and ao called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were close. We chose the installation service and I couldn't rate the team more highly. The two engineers were polite and knowledgeable, and fitted the hob quickly. After fitting the hob they showed me how it worked, which I thought was a nice touch. The installation cost was also much cheaper than any quotes we had received from local electricians. The hob itself is great - wish we had switched to induction sooner! Will certainly use ao again

    Doesn’t last

Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who wants a hob for longer than a year! My first hob lasted all of 3 days and this one has lasted just under a year. The controls are temperamental and at times one hob doesn’t work at all! AO customer service is brilliant but Hisense is not even worth the phone call!

Seems to be very good value for money. Well packaged. Performs well, very quick compared to our old hob.

    • Connection £100.00

Get your new hob fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

    • Remove & Recycle £20.00

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

    • Unpack £4.00

Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.
