    Big disappointment.

    Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend at all. Washing cycles ridiculously long. Washing not as clean and fresh as my previous machine (wish I'd kept it but swopped for a washer/drier). Nice and compact with good sized drum but other than that, nothing complimentary sorry. 1 star and that's generous.

    So there are a lot of options I’ll never use and the cycles are all a little too long but washes well and the dryer is pretty good too. Basic but does what I need it to do for a good price tag.

    It’s ok but it doesn’t have a quick wash option unless you’re only washing 3 items. The quickest wash is 1.25. But if you want to dry the clothes too you’re looking at about 3 hours !!! It’s ridiculous. I’ve not been using the dryer which was the whole point of getting it , and just drying on radiator. Not very impressed

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
