Love Bosch. Small design issue though. Otherwise excellent product

I chose this because I have other Bosch appliances and trust the brand. This model is the only integrated fridge/freezer with the lowest door compartment at the bottom of the door not a half way up. The only thing I was disappointed with is finding that the slots in the door for repositioning the door shelves are different meaning only one deep door shelf can be used - all the others are shallow and don’t store taller bottles safely. I wanted to order a second deep door shelf but it can’t be fitted even if I buy one. Disappointing design issue. Freezer has lots of space and deep drawer would allow you to store a turkey at Christmas which my previous model couldn’t do.

Easy purchase but very poor installation - had to do much of it again!

The purchase process was excellent but the installation very poor.
I had to reposition the integrated fridge/freezer on the carcass so the doors closed properly, parts were not installed which I ordered from Bosch and have fitted as do not wish to installer to come here again.
I have reported this twice to AO and the staff members apologised but not written apology for the poor job.
No more supply and fit from AO for me. Supply only.
