Remaking of a classic

I remember playing CTR on the PlayStation so getting the remastered version was a no brainer! Exactly how you would remember it but just a lot slicker and more attractive on the eye. Be wary of micro transactions as most things are unlockable through gameplay.
All in all 5/5, good old school kart racer!
Overall a superb remaster of both with enjoyable gameplay.

Firstly the graphics for this game are stunning with the same solid gameplay and mechanics. The CTR remaster is everything you'll remember and more with the revamp with added Easter eggs throughout the tracks. The nitro fuel is still good but it's a shame that the game only has 1 Adventure Mode for the original game not sure if they'll be added later.
The only disappointment is with the loading screens after each race I wanted a faster experience but they have stuck to the original game. Also after each race the podium finish which is unskippable. Apart from that I can't put it down.

Used to play this game religiously when I was younger with my brothers, game is very similar with it's own modern twist but you can choose to play classic mode. Delivered very quickly!
