Great Laptop... Very fast, plenty of storage etc.
Only downside for me was that the speakers are terrible. Find myself having the volume on full all the time.

One Amazing Machine

A fantastic 17 inch laptop, its fast, its powerful and the graphics are great. Its a bit big to sit on your lap and you do need a laptray, but its very quiet, no fan noise etc, looks good too. Just love this machine and the price is less than you would pay for a much smaller screen and less powerful machine. Overall amazed.

This laptop has one of the fastest processors on the market and a solid state drive. It ran a full anti-virus scan in 25 minutes whereas our old laptop (from one of the 'big two') which was 7 years old took 5 hours to scan a smaller drive.
We use it with Microsoft Office and Edge. We stream movies and music. So far no problems and is as fast as we hoped. We are not gamers so can't comment on its gaming ability.
It is 10 days old as I write and so far I am impressed. For the price, it is a good piece of kit.

I purchased this laptop as my old one was throwing tantrums on a regular basis and, I must say, I'm not disappointed.
The Acer laptop is thin and light. The quality of the screen is very impressive. The initial setup was extremely easy. The keyboard is light to touch. It's quiet. But, above all, it is fast.
I had been uncertain about buying a computer with a SSD but I'm now converted! As soon as you switch the machine on, it's ready to go!
Everything about this laptop makes it a joy to use. No longer do I try and find excuses not to go on the laptop, now I look for excuses to go on the laptop!
If I had to find something to grumble about the only thing would be that there is no light on the Caps Lock or Num Lock keys to indicate when they're on but, apart from that, I love this speedy little laptop.
