Very bad quality: floor brush keeps detaching from wand

The part of floor brush keeps detaching from the wand while using. Very annoyed! Just one month after purchased! Very bad quality and design!

Black and decker handheld vacuum

This handheld vacuum has a great build quality and is easy to use comes with all the tools you need to vacuum the home and car ie brush, crevice tool and extension tubes anf floor head. The extention hose is a great length long enough to reach light fittings. The charger is easy to use and acts as a storage space for the vaccum. The downside is that the run time is only 15 min and the motor is fairly loud when in use.

Full marks to AO for allowing me to return this. I paid extra for the version with the extension pole and a floor attachment. I then found that this is possibly the first vacuum ever to have an extension pole onto which only one of the three attachments fits. NB You cannot put the brush or crevice tool onto the pole - only the floor thing. All that design, all that engineering - and then some loony groupthink nonsense in Black & Decker comes up with that as a plan. I even checked with them - and they confirmed that no, only the floor attachment fits on the pole. So, no, you can't use the crevice tool to do edges of a room, for example. They could sort it for a 2p bit of plastic! Amazing. B&D - you should get the psychologists in and work out exactly how this happened.
PS if you don't want the pole - it's fine!
