Very low quality fridge & company

Fridge is light & flimsy, the whole thing moves when you open the door. A copper pipe sticks right out the back where it could be damaged! The inside is always frozen even on the lowest setting. The door shelves are so shallow that things fall out when you open the door, so you can't put glass jars or bottles there as they will smash. The ao delivery, unpacking, installation, levelling and recycling service is dreadful. So avoid produce and avoid ao.

Flimsy salad draw, short lead, small internal capacity.

Plastic salad draw seems quite flimsy and looks like it will break soon - generating Russell Hobbs more profit for the replacement. Doesn't seem to hold as much as the Beko fridge, with same external size, that it replaced. Should have researched in a physical store before buying :(
Also please note that the power cord is on the right and only just reaches the top of the unit. If your socket is on the left, you will need an extension lead. Never mind, I'm sure Russell Hobbs saved 50p on the extra metre of wire and it's probably good for the environment or something.
