    Measuring up tips

    This is a freestanding washing machine, so it won’t fit behind an integrated kitchen cupboard door. Just make sure you measure the space where you want the washing machine to live and add 7cm onto the depth to make sure there’s enough space for the pipes needed to connect the appliance.

    Excellent machine, love the speed of a Full load wash

    It's a fab machine, I love the bigger load as I'm now doing less wash cycles each week which is a bonus and can get a full load wash done in no time. Haven't used the app as I'm so used to putting a delay timer on I've just carried on doing that so what I thought would be a novelty I haven't bothered with as I usually time my wash to finish so I can hang it out in the morning so I've just put the delay on before going to bed.

    An excellent washing machine. The only but is the WiFi is rubbish really cheap app and connectivity doesn't work. Not sure why you would want to turn your washing machine on remotely anyway. Just seems to be a gimmick that's pointless to be on trend!!

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
