    Tips for measuring up

    When measuring for a cooker hood, we recommend matching the size of your new hood with the size of your hob – if they’re the same width, you’ll have a smoke- and odour-free kitchen. Also, check that the bottom of the hood will be at least 75cm from your hob.

    Looks lovely and reasonably quiet

    Using as a recirculation hood and needed to purchase carbon filters. Looking online everyone said to avoid Stoves as they're too expensive and to get aftermarket ones, couldn't find any after market ones. Tried to get some off espares but they weren't the right fit. Ended up contacting Stoves and they were cheaper than espares ones and very helpful. On lowest level the noise isn't too bad, levels 2 and 3 are quite loud and the booster function is extremely loud. Very easy to attach to the wall although we have a very low ceiling so had to get one of the bits of chimney fascia cut down to fit which wasn't a problem (Stoves don't supply any shorter pieces, it comes with 2x 400mm pieces which can slide over each other to make up to ~750mm high.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
