We’re still delivering to our customers safely. Since the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make a few changes. If you’re self-isolating then we’re now only able to deliver products to your doorstep. Otherwise, we’ll come into your home but only deliver to behind your main door. Unfortunately, as our delivery partner is no longer able to operate in Northern Ireland, we are unable to offer home delivery to any Northern Ireland postcode.
We’ll deliver any product to your home, 7 days a week.
- We schedule deliveries from 7am until 7pm.
- You can choose a paid morning or afternoon delivery timeslot when you checkout.
- Free delivery is also available.
- We’ll text you a 3 hour timeslot on the morning of your delivery.
- We'll give you your driver’s number just in case there are any issues.
- Your driver will call you to keep you up to date on the day.

Following the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make some changes to our services.
We can still collect your old appliance and take it away for recycling. You’ll just need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property ready for us to collect, as we won’t be able to remove it from any other room in your home.
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. Don’t disconnect your appliance yourself, that’s a job for a professional electrician. If you've paid for our installation service, we'll disconnect the old appliance for you. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

A great 1950's style design, but more importantly, a good product!

I bought this after my old faithful of 20 years finally stopped working.
The design of the product was an attraction, I must admit, but how does it compare?
Well, I've only had it for a week so not tried all the options, but with the food heating I've done, it's worked well and heated the food very thoroughly.
Some people say it's a bit noisy, but it's no noisier than my previous one, and also that the dials can be confusing. So long as you have a quick look at the accompanying guide to familiarise yourself, you should be fine and if you just have a play it soon starts to make sense.
So, a lovely, efficient product that I'm looking forward to making lots of use of!

Replacing an expensive combination microwave, I was expecting this microwave to be a microwave with an oven and it’s not. I was also expecting it to be stainless steel inside and again it’s white enamel, which previous reviews have said can crack and rust, so disappointed there, I will have to wait and see. I realised the one with the grill function is stainless steel inside. From what I can see this model is just bigger and slightly more powerful than the 20L one. Noisier than my old one and the instructions are poor, I.e. there are programmes to cook things like pasta, but no instructions how - do I add water? Do I weigh before or after adding water? So I can’t see me using these programmes unless I can find out how. I will say, once getting my head round the basic functions they seem easy to use, just worried my partner who has sight problems will move the dial onto the wrong function and it won’t work for him (do wish there were reviews for people with disabliities). Decided to keep it as it does look fab. and too much hassle to return, (though I must say ao. we’re very good). So far only used it 5-6 times so can’t comment more.
