Firstly, AO neglect to say this has been imported from Europe & the firmware has been changed, which is presumably why it's cheaper than elsewhere. Samsung are aware of this & it works ok. At first my data wouldn't transfer from my old motorola, so ended up speaking to a lady at Samsung, who kept telling what it said in the troubleshooting guide - like it didn't occur to me to try that. She promised to phone me back an hour later. That was 3 weeks ago & I'm still waiting. Luckily, I solved the problem myself. Chose this phone as I wanted a better camera, but although it's 50mp, can't say it's that much better than my 13mp one. It is a fast & responsive phone & easy to set up. It only warrants 4 stars because of Samsungs appalling customer service & the fact that Samsung are too mean to include a plug, especially as it's not a standard usb connection.
