Great service as promice

Brilliant phone with fast delivery.

Awkward to begin with but once over that hurdle works well battery life is good and getting apps organised a bit of a fiddle but once setup all done works very well and plenty of apps to get you going and getting things done size when folded is easy to hide the phone in a small pocket

Lovely open and close action, feels great in your hand. Being able to hang up calls by slapping your phone shut is great - likewise opening it to answer them. Being able to see yourself while taking selfies with a proper back camera is great. Love how the phone essentially doubles as a tiny laptop for video calls or watching videos. Very responsive fingerprint detection and reasonable face recognition (probably errs on the side of security, fairly often fails to recognise me, but might just need better reference pictures of me). Cons: - Poor battery life when in frequent use (no surprise there) - Cover screen wants to be bigger and should be taken advantage of more, but it serves its purpose and is nice to use - Fairly slim without a case, but with a case can be a little bulky Pros: - Customisable with the cover apps that exist - So many useful applications for phone with a hinge - Feels great to open and close (main reason for buying the phone) - I forget the fold crease exists until I show the phone to someone Overall, it's irrefutable that this phone is powered by a gimmick. But they've taken that gimmick and figured out how to make it useful. If my next phone isn't a flip phone, there will be more that I sorely miss than just opening and closing the clamshell.

Pleased with device, some nice Samsung features as well as the folding form factor. Need to be careful about getting any muck on the screen before it folds but picked this over the new Motorola RAZR due to the extra water resistance, despite the smaller cover screen. Cover screen is a great feature to get key info and pay with stuff without opening the phone. With the Samsung cashback offers and the AO discount it was a bargain.
