    Engineers view point.

    First of all..the service from AO was first class. The Bosch dishwasher cleans very-well but the Eco programme seems to take almost 2 hours. Long time for an economy setting! I have previously reported that the machine identification information was very difficult to locate. The ‘label/ etched information is very poor. Apart from that, the juries still-out.

    Really quiet machine, it doesn't have a timer on it to tell you how long is left on the cycle. Everything comes out lovely and clean plenty of space inside.

    Just what I was hoping for: it's quiet, cleans dishes and leaves them dry. It does seem to take quite a while for a full wash on its standard setting (haven't looked to see if it this can be shortened) but this replaced a prior NEFF machine that was about 13 years old and it feels just like the old one only cleaner and slighter to use - hopefully it will last as long!

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
