I got this soundbar to match my LG C9.
The soundbar setup wasn't difficult.
However, the soundbar remote app was terrible. Disconnection after Disconnection - and it was a huge issue in trying to calibrate sound for the front room or change any of the settings.
There was also an issue in 1 or 2 seconds absence of sound like the soundbar reset itself and reconnected. I am using a HDMI 2.1 cable for it but even thru apps like Netflix or Prime issues were present.
The sound quality from Atmos was OK - not £699 ok & not really a monumental upgrade from my old Samsung HW soundbar.
I can't recommend this soundbar. Maybe I was expecting too much but with a price tag this has, I do expect a significant upgrade.
AO were happy to accept the return once LG confirmed there was a fault re disconnection & sound gaps.
