Bought this to replace another make, which has been great but batteries were failing and couldn’t replace. This Black and Decker is great and like all the features and the easy way you can use it as a handheld. It’s very powerful and don’t t need to use my larger vacuum as this seems to cope with everything. Was a bit worried about the 25 minutes run time but In reality this is plenty of time. I empty after each use and it’s easy to do. It sits in the corner of the utility in its stand ready for action. Very impressed and would highly recommend, what a great price too. It also copes with my Collies hairs easily.

Ordered this as it was cheap & Black & Decker is a good make normally. So far I am really pleased with it. AO are also quick on delivery.

I was looking for an inexpensive vaccum to replace ours which had broken. This has proved so much better than expected and will not be buying a more expensive model .It has proved to be a great light weight cleaner that has proved very efficient over carpets and wooden floors as well as cleaning up the dog hairs,excellent cleaner

I used the vacuum cleaner once and it seemed OK. I'd run the fully charged battery down in under 20 minutes and so I plugged it in to charge. After a while I noticed the faulty battery indicator flashing. With no help in the manual or online on what to do, I contacted the Black + Decker, who said they'd replace the vacuum cleaner. I'm in the fourth week of waiting for my replacement after my return of requested documents and follow up emails were left in someone's inbox, leading me to chase it up with another team that's also taking quite some time to resolve this issue. Plus... I don't like the colour. AO site and service was perfect.

I was in 2 minds to purchase a cordless hoover but I’m so glad I did! It’s run time is amazing and the experience using this is amazing. It’s light and it glides around so easily. The suction is really good too. I love that it can become hand held within a push of a button. Would defo recommend this hoover over some of the very expensive brands.

Great product, such a handy easy and lightweight hoover to use, especially being 37 weeks pregnant! Picks up pet hair amazingly! I would definitely recommend!
