It's almost as if someone who actually uses a toaster designed this. You can pinch the cord so the bit you've tidied underneath doesn't come loose and catch under the corner every time you move the thing. The handle won't be knocked off. The openings are wide so the crumbs actually make it through to the crumb tray (and there's little for them to catch on inside). It will take slightly longer slices (like T* finest loaves) and has a slight lift up function and bun/pastry rack. It toasts well. If it lasts as long as it seems designed to, then it will be money well spent on a kitchen workhorse.
