    Tips for measuring up

Freestanding range cookers come in different widths, so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one – usually either 90cm, 100cm or 110cm. Also check the depth of the space, and add on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most range cookers (excluding gas range cookers) will require a 32 amp outlet – look for a big red switch to show you have one.

    A Statement Appliance!

The primary reason for us choosing this model was the central location of the wok burner compared to other models. This helps considerably with the containment of oil splashing outside of the hob area. Similarly the short built in splashback is very handy at preventing mess going over and down the back of the unit that is naturally not the lightest to keep moving back and forward for cleaning. The oven is massive and heats up faster than you would expect given the size. On a practical note, the triple fan design means there is limited space at the back of the appliance for the gas pipe so do double check clearances. We had to move an existing pipe to get it to fit only being just about clear of having to knock out tiles and chase things back into the wall. Overall the appliance was worth the extra logistical thinking and as a premium option really becomes the focal point of the kitchen as intended.

    Absolutely love this!

I wanted to replace my previous range cooker with another brand which I loved but due to COVID 19 and no stock available I took a gamble on this. Only one oven cavity and being used to two I was a bit apprehensive but this is a beast of an oven and comes into its own when having to grill for a large family as no having to grill in small batches, bish, bash, bosh all done in minutes., everybody fed at the same time . Multiple function oven which features I’m still discovering . I am looking forward to using the rotisserie function . Only drawback is if you need to cook two dishes at the same time with different temperatures that would be the only downside but it’s swings and roundabouts. I can now fit in multiple dishes at the same time and roasting tins I bought that were too big for my old oven fit in this! The design fits so well in my retro kitchen and it’s definitely a show stopper!

    • Remove & Recycle £30

We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

    • Unpack £4

Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.
