The manual needs correcting

After the freezer was delivered I was reading through the manual whilst I waited for the freezer to "settle" for the prescribed 4 hours. I then noticed a misleading section in the manual; section 3 (page 9) has a paragraph stating "Important: Make sure the plastic evaporating pan at the back of the product collects water properly". However, this freezer, UF584APW, being a manual defrost model, does not have an evaporating pan! I decided to contact ao by phone to query this, but the ao customer assistant suggested to me that my model did require an evaporating pan, and she would book an engineer to come out and fit one. In the meantime I was asked not to use the freezer. The engineer arrived 6 days later and confirmed that my model did not require an evaporating pan; the error lies with the manual. Anyhow the freezer has been switched on and appears to be operating correctly so far.
