    Great machine but not so great customer service

    The vacuum cleaner sucktion power Is excellent, fir the size it is a powerful piece and very light and handy to move around with. The length of the cord is pretty good too. However the instruction manual isn’t very descriptive, the on/off button on my piece doesn't stay on when in use which was very frustrating. Looking to replace this with another of the same piece as this I am certain is faulty. The Beko customer service is not good, could be due to covid. Delays in responses to emails and absolutely no response to calls after being on hold for almost 60min. Frustrating! But hoping to get the machine sorted soon.

    Only used the cleaner once and found it very easy to use. The suction is very strong indeed and in our bedroom had to use it in reverse. But it certainly does the job.

    Was amazing to start with. Really smart little unit with adjustable suction and brilliant tools. After using a couple of times this vacuum starting losing suction. This is standard on vacuum cleaners and usually means the filters just need cleaning. We cleaned all the filters and still no suction. Really disappointed and in the process of trying to return. Not sure if I was just unlucky with a faulty unit or what.
