At the cheaper end for a reason, yes it sucks but it does suck! Every time you use it it has to be emptied and the filter cleaned as the filter is really dusty and it is very difficult and messy to clean. Actually spent hours (and that’s not an exaggeration) trying to put it back together after the filter was cleaned. I contacted the Beko helpline, totally unhelpful, couldn’t tell me how to put it back together and told me to speak with ao.com where I bought it, ao.com not interested, put me back through to Beko. I wanted a refund from ao.com but try getting them, impossible! They have a preselected choice on their website for refunds. They also add that if you have used the item you only get ½ your money back. They are actually responsible for 100% refund (the cheek of it!). I could not email them or get a human at the end of the phone so I’m stuck with it. We did eventually get the dust collector back on but every time I use it takes a lot of swearing and tantrums to put it back on. The whole thing is cheap, thin plastic. Yes, it works but like I said, it’s annoying and dirty and messy to clean. So….ao.com….here is your review you pestered me for. I have bought 1 item from you before….a few years ago, I thought your customer service may have improved but it hasn’t. By the way, buying the item was a great process, very easy but never again, you’ve had 2 chances, you are cheaper but the return proces and the customer service is utterly, utterly dreadful.

Excellent product, light easy and manoeuvrable. Long lasting battery time too means less need to charge between uses. I have always used a Top Brand competitor but this compares favourably bring mor affordable it makes sense too. Linda Sowden
