We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

Unpack £4.00
Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.

Remove & Recycle £20.00
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

Time versus space

Washing programs good and easy to vary temperature, spin speed etc. Drying takes considerably longer than it did in my condenser tumble dryer so not particularly happy with that aspect but I needed the integrated washer dryer to save space so in that respect it is great.

Lovely looking machine. I've only had it for one week but impressed that it does everything I want it to do! Tumble dryer very quiet, washes well on a quick wash, can spin separately, it really is great. I'm very pleased with it so far.

My first ever washing machine. It’s not as quiet as I expected but it’s still great. Looks lovely. I did nearly break it by leaving in the drum screws. ALWAYS READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

This washer dryer is incredible, it’s exceeded my expectations. I got it to take up less room in my house and I’m so glad I did, it’s not that noisy as my other washing and dryer was. it’s really easy to use and give so many options of washes as well as drying.
