    Hisense Washing Machine, perfect family size, looks great

    I've always had Indesit machines but I loved the look of this and the price was really good. It hasn't disappointed. I like the quick 15 minute wash for freshening up clothes that don't need a deep clean and the steam wash is a new one for me but a great feature. I also took advantage of the Membership and got free delivery, unpack and recycle of my old machine. Delivery was bang on time and efficient. First time using AO and more than happy.

    Washing machine is great, only thing I would say is a downside is that the quick wash of 15 mins only does an 800 spin so end up having to do another cycle to spin at 1200.

    Looks good, washes well, not over complicated to use and quiet. Only downside is that the spin doesn't get as much water out as my previous machine so I just run it though another spin. Very pleased with it.

    Avoid this brand, faulty after 4 months

    We were happy with the machine until it completely broke after 4 months. Hisense customer service is awful, and it has taken 2 engineer visits and 2 weeks to resolve, we got a refund and have ordered a more reputable brand now which hopefully won’t break after 4 months. Avoid Hisense as a brand as if your product is faulty they will try everything to avoid refund / replacing it.

    Much quieter and jumps around a lot less than my old machine. Glad I got it when I did, sale price! Definitely recommend.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
