Unfortunately this washing machine has not worked properly since I bought it a year ago as it leaves the dispenser tray (for laundry liquid) and fabric conditioner tray full of water after every wash. I have to empty this out every time a wash has been on and as the drawer is stiff and not designed to be removed every wash, it spills water on the floor. It also doesn’t leave clothes smelling clean. I have had repeated correspondence (phone calls, chats and emails) with AO and Beko who have both been extremely unhelpful. Two engineers sent out who couldn’t find a fault and AO and Beko have now said if I want to pursue this further I need a third engineer to come out but I’ll be charged a call out fee if they still don't find a fault. Having tried to explain that water left in the trays after every wash is not acceptable, their response is only that the engineer can’t find a fault. Very disappointed with AO as I expected much better customer service. On the phone the AO man agreed it wasn’t acceptable to have water left in the trays but said this is the responsibility of Beko and not AO. However I understand that the contract is with the seller and not the manufacturer. As a result I definitely wouldn’t buy from AO or buy a Beko again as neither have provided any support nor resolved the issue.

This model is very simple to use with clear instructions and useful program information tables in the manual. So far - very happy with the unit.

We had beko washing before this one and it lasted for years .. thus one is basically the same product good range of washes and handy quick wash too.. the thing I have noticed is the door is a little stiff

This is a great washing machine. Very quiet. Sometimes need to run the spin and drain program at the end but is only a 12 min cycle so ok.

Works great and fits nice in my kitchen.
