    Excellent washing machine. Easy to install and use. The auto-dose makes putting a wash on quick and easy. Clothes feel fresher and cleaner than our previous old washing machine. Very pleased overall.

    A good machine overall. It washes well and has a good selection of programs, the auto detergent/softener dispensing feature is quite handy. I will say the touch controls can feel a tad bit unresponsive at times.

    We bought this due to its eco stats. But actually it’s too clever for its own good. My old washing machine with the knob was much easier to use. You could see all options available without having to scroll through all the electronic options. AND you could choose a setting but adjust the temperature. AND you could choose a setting but select quick wash. Wish I’d stuck with ‘old school’.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
