    Faulty Item Received

    Received this new Zanussi ZCG63260XE Gas Cooker recently that was found to be faulty after initial installation. One of the rear gas top burners would not stay alight and could not be easily fixed and I was forced to return this model and purchased another brand due to concerns with its overall quality. This model looks good but the gas knobs ware very plasticky that lets down the feel and use of cooking with this model.

    We've only had the cooker a few weeks and its not going well. Parts have become loose and the oven has been turning itself off. Also for a decent spec cooker the controls are cheap and flimsy.

    All seems good. The style is a bit ugly, but it seems be built to a better standard than the Cannon we replaced that only lasted 7 years

    Good looking cooker, part from the plastic knobs dials. I would say my old hotpoint cooked much better though, there's only one big ring which heats up to fast on the top, all the rest are really small, the glass lid is very good to close, when not using overall I would say its a good cooker,the electric grill is fab tje oven is big I have been using it for around 3 weeks, maybe I need a bit longer to get to grips with it

      Get your new cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
