    Great service from AO. Oven is quiet, love the fact that both ovens have grills, agree with other reviewers- there should be 3 shelf racks. Temperature seems spot on and cakes bake beautifully. Top oven is bigger capacity than my last oven which is great when using it just for 2 people, although it isn't fan controlled. Glass is very clear which is a great help when baking.

    A lovely item that so far has proved itself. The only negative aspect would be the instruction booklet which is not good but with some common sense it can be worked out by clever people like me:-))

    Good apart from the timer

    Quite happy with this except for the timer. It's not possible to set a cooking end time. I thought it was a fault at first but having checked with Zanussi that's not the case. Basically it means that I can't for example, put a casserole in the fridge in the morning and use the timer so that's cooked for when I get home in the evening. It's not a function I'd make all that much use of so could be worse but still dissapointing.

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away. 

    • Remove & Recycle £20.00

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

      Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.
