New American fridge replaces the old after 23 years of service

The Hotpoint fridge is good, having had an American fridge for the last 23 years which finally gave up. I miss the humidity controls on the two draws storing veg and meat, The instruction booklet is terrible, my previous fridge came with a manual showing all the different controls and options, I am not sure what all the signs mean on the door front as the booklet is so poor.
