    Very poor instructions, most answers found online.

    Worst set of instructions that I have ever come across. I have had to find most of the answers online or on videos. Every programme seems to be too long (wasting electricity) and it takes time to learn how to get the washer/dryer to do what I want, rather than what the machine wants. Unless it is set to spin for a long time, washing comes out too wet to hang out to dry, and would waste lots of electricity if dried on the dryer settings.

    Great product for the price! Works perfectly- delivery with AO was seamless, love the function to be able to easily add an extra item to a wash once started. Only complaint is that the cycles can be on the longer side but that's not a huge problem for us (and there is the option of a 15 mins quick wash) - and I think for the price it is very reasonable
