    Coronavirus (COVID-19): A note to our customers

    We’re doing the best we can during these extraordinary times, but the safety of our drivers and customers is our priority. All our drivers are given face coverings and are encouraged to wear them – if your driver isn’t, then please feel free to ask. If you or someone you live with has COVID-19, let us know and we can re-arrange the delivery for another time.

    If you need to amend your order, you can do this through My Account. You can also find out when your delivery is due, and change the delivery date if you need to, using our Track Your Order page.

    We deliver 7 days a week and have flexible delivery options, but for a little extra you can pick a timeslot. Get everything from fridge freezers to dishwashers delivered exactly when you want them

    Don’t think you’ll be in for delivery? No worries. You can get your order delivered to one of 7,000 locations with Click & Collect. We can’t drop off a washing machine at your local store, but smaller items are no problem. Just pick them up when you’ve got the time
