As a Five Star member, you save the first time and every time.

If you buy one large electrical item with delivery, Unpack, and Remove & Recycle you’ll already have saved more than the cost of your membership - and that’s before you include any savings from exclusive member deals and prices!

You must be at least 18 years old and a living in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Membership is for personal use only and is not available for businesses.

You can buy Five Star at checkout when you’re buying something - it’s the easiest way, as everything’s sorted in one go. But if you fancy getting ahead of the game, you can buy membership on its own too. That way, you’ll be ready to grab a deal as soon as it drops. You’ll also get access to exclusive competitions and giveaways, so make sure you’re signed up to our marketing emails to be first in the know.

We’ll automatically apply free delivery and member prices at checkout from your very first order. Make sure you’re logged into MyAccount once you’ve signed up, so you never miss out.

To take advantage of free Unpack and free Remove & Recycle, you’ll need to add these to your basket before completing your order.

Star deals are our best prices handpicked weekly for Five Star members and delivered straight to your inbox. To make sure you don’t miss out on extra savings, make sure you’re subscribed to our marketing emails.

To make it easier for you to keep track, we take your Five Star annual membership fee separately to your product / services order.

Once you’re a Five Star member, every new order you place whilst logged in to My Account will have free delivery automatically applied (including next day delivery where available). However, you will need to pay a little extra if you would like a specific timeslot.

If we’re unable to complete a planned delivery or associated service because of a reason that you’re responsible for, charges will be applied to sort it out. Please see our delivery page for more information here

Usually, your membership will renew annually on the same day you signed up and the renewal payment will be taken on or around that date. You can check the exact date by logging into My Account. We’ll always be in touch nearer the time to remind you of your membership benefits and membership cost.
