It actually makes exercise fun and feel not so bad, even though you do genuinely get a really good workout. I bought this instead of renewing my gym membership that I never used and unlike the gym I have actually kept up with this, as it is from the comfort of your own home and out of the 'gym environment'. I don't feel self conscious as no one can see me - it's great. For those who don't like the gym and don't usually exercise it is definitely a good investment. For those who go to the gym a lot/are already really fit I'm not sure how useful it would be, but for me it is definitely perfect.

Oh my god, I love this so much! For comparison, it’s SO much better than the Wiifit, mainly because there’s no “lazy way out”! My first “session” I just did three worlds of the adventure, and my goodness I can feel the burn in my thighs and arms still! It really challenges you, but it is totally adaptable and if you don’t want to feel so worked out then you can simply change the settings. The ‘trainer’ that helps you is actually great, and it sounds silly but I genuinely feel supported whereas the trainers on Wiifit were very much there just to imitate. I really do recommend this game, I think it’s such good value for money and it’s so so so fun!

As someone who goes to the gym most days I just assumed this would be a fun game but you really do get a good cardio workout. The sensors are accurate and encourage you to maximise form and posture. As you program it for your level of fitness and measurement its perfect for anyone. It's really enjoyable as when you progress it introduces new exercises so you don't get bored.. totally recommend this game for all ages and members of a family
