The Switch a christmas present so hasn't been opened but the service provided by AO couldn't have been better. Super fast delivery with full updates and options to change. Plus a follow up call. Will use AO again in full confidence.

The brightness, enhanced colour and bigger size of the screen alone are enough to warrant an upgrade from the original Switch, but the added benefit of being able to use an Ethernet cable with the dock is great.

Brilliant product bought mainly for 10 year old daughter, and parents use occasionally! So versatile, can play as a tablet or on TV.. Love the neon colour. Easy to set-up and use, honestly! Recommend.
