This coffee machine was so easy to set up & is very simple to use. The sleek contemporary design fits perfectly in my new kitchen. There is a huge range of coffee pods to try which makes each cup exciting. I feel like a barrister in my own home! I would definitely recommend this product to all coffee lovers. Can't really say how good this is because it was faulty, it looks and feels great but sadly didn't work right, this is when the back up package comes through, after speaking to the Nespresso tech guys and running through their checks it was decided to replace straight away. This was done without question and many apologies, great service all round from everyone.
