Makes fantastic coffee, easy to use however the capsules are a little harder to come by and can only be purchased through nespresso but a great deal none here less

It's a great coffee machine , makes really good coffee and isn't loud . Just be aware that you can currently only buy the pods that this machine takes (vertuo pods ) on the nespresso website or in nespresso stores not in supermarkets which is inconvenient.

I like it, it’s easy to use and if good quality. Also a very realistic price.

The milk frother is excellent and works really well with oat milk and soya milk. lots of fun. machine great as can do lots of sizes of coffee depending on the pod size you put in. the water tank is a little clunky and tricky to fill and the machine is not as small as I thought good product over all

Can't really say how good this is because it was faulty, it looks and feels great but sadly didn't work right, this is when the back up package comes through, after speaking to the Nespresso tech guys and running through their checks it was decided to replace straight away. This was done without question and many apologies, great service all round from everyone.

Happy with my new Nespresso Machine. The Quality and aesthetics are great and it makes lovely coffee. My only grumble is that the opening / closing mechanism requires two hands and a bit of force. Not a major issue though and I would definitely recommend this Machine. I also like that I can make much larger mugs of coffee than I could with my Original Capsule Machine.

Good machine overall. Fairly compact and really easy to use. Although you have to use the Vertuo capsules rather than the more widely available classic capsules there is a good selection and the price is reasonable. The machine is easy to clean and maintain but is a bit noisier than I expected although the noise doesn't last long at all. Great that you can also customise the blend as well if you want (the amount of water mixed with a particular capsule). Machine is well made and feels quality in construction. A good buy overall for those who want a bit more from their coffee at home.

I can only rate this as a 4 star at present as I have had to send this coffee machine back as it was leaking around the capsule dispenser area however since receiving a replacement from AO within a week I hope this one will prove to be fine
