im not happy with this product even on low level toast is way to crispier its over quickly isnt good

Lightweight + easy to use and to clean.

Looks great and works perfectly. Would recommend. Highest setting doesn't burn toast.

On doing a test run that the instructions were easy to understand and actually did what was required. So all in all easy to operate and keep clean. Looks good to.

Great toaster for the price, works well, a lot of adjustment for browning and wide slot for toasting crumpets, scones etc. Made a mistake and bought an expensive one from another on line retailer that kept blowing the mains trip when we use the left slot and sent it back. So here we are buying from old faithful AO, never had a bit of trouble with things purchased from AO, should have known better than trying to get a toaster in a hurry.

Nice looking toaster but ultimately disappointing. It is very slow to brown the bread, even on the lower settings. As a result you end up with toast that is so dry it is not much fun to eat, and that is using fresh bakery bread. Would have returned it but Russell Hobbs give no satisfaction guarantee and AO will only refund "up to 50%" once a product has been used.
