Not as good as expected. Burnt chips at the recommended setting (the lowest setting). I think it's trial & error until I get it right. Definitely not as good as the one purchased previously by a different manufacturer. Not as sturdy either!

This well made Russell Hobbs product produces excellent results. It is easy to operate and to clean. It reaches temperature quickly and the food is beautifully fried. The best fryer we've had. Highly recommended. Perhaps black is not the most attractive colour though.

So far so good, Looks and taste are very good. Overall I am pleased with this product...
