Bought this item to replace another brand that has started to play-up, having bought various products from Russell Hobbs in the past & very recently, we know we can trust this item especially with a 3rd year warranty having registered it in line.
Worth every penny, and that wasn't expensive.

Used about 10 times over a couple of weeks and the power has gone down about half speed and a burning smell if I put on full power. Haven't overused and all parts correctly fitted

Great price. I haven't used it for long so the verdict is still open. I had previously bought an expensive QI one which I paid a fortune for and it didn't last long so thought I would give this one a go instead of buying an expensive one again.
