I am a big fan of other Zelda titles I have played and was worried that the change in gameplay would detract from the experience. Fortunately I had nothing to worry about. One of the best games I have played on any platform and I will more than likely pick up the DLC.

Hasn't been played yet, but I know my partner will love it, as this is what he asked for.

Breath of the Wild is an epic, open world version of the Zelda games many of us grew up with, but also really shows off the Switch. Docked with a Pro Controller, the game is a great console game. In handheld mode, it's just as great, but now you can go literally anywhere to play it, battery permitting. It is a long, gameplay packed ARPG that will last many hours (60+ if you want to get everything). Well recommended.

Ordered this item on 23 Dec for delivery Xmas Eve, more in hope than expectation, but blow me the game arrived at my local Spar at 10am the following morning, and what a game at the right price.??

Wow. Been a huge follower of all things TLOZ over the years so finally being able to play this on the switch has been amazing! It's very different from all other games with more freedom and a survival aspect added but it's rewarding, engaging with a great story....it's also quite a bit more difficult Bryan any of the previous games which is great to see. Must buy on the switch! (Or wiiu)

A fantastic game. Beautiful design, and hugely expansive. This may be good for some and bad for other. Whilst initially I found it boring and monotonous, once you start expanding the map and discovering new worlds it becomes hugely fun and you enjoy the freedom and escapism it offers.

Enjoying the game so far when I'm finding time to play it, excited to continue with it but sadly not finding enough time
