Looks and feels a bit plastic and takes a long time to toast bread but gets there in the end

Looks nice but very light in weight. The numbers on the browning dial are quite hard to read, you have to cut crusts off bread to fit into slots(a normal farmhouse loaf) and not easy to get browning correct, when toasting on number 3 the bread comes out the same it went in just a bit drier. Still trying to get it right.
