Superb toaster. Not sure how one reviewer said it burns? it has a dial! This was on offer when I bought it so super happy. Brilliant service by ao....will definitely look here first in future.

If you want a good toaster, buy one of the Dualit range - whichever suits your needs. I got this one cos it does for me. It does everything that it say it can - produces perfect toasted bread, including bagels, everytime. the timer is ticklish to suit every requirement, and the look up lever lets you manage your bread.

Looks great. Toasts evenly and the lift and look function is very handy. The defrost function works better than any other toaster I've owned.
