Have used this for over a week now and the style fits perfectly, along with the Architect kettle, in our kitchen. Toasts perfectly and excellent service received from AO.

Looks great, does what its supposed to and it's Briitsh made. You can buy additional panels so it matches your kitchen décor - bonus!

Excellent toaster. Chunky, deep enough to toast a thicker toastie style loaf. Pretty rapid too compared to other models I’ve tried. Designed to sit side on - with the cable coming from the side, but does have a storage facility for excess. Buttons all feel solid and the bagel option is fab - only toasts one side. But expensive, but feels like it’s going to last well.

Looks smart and seems well made. Positive action on lever- my previous toaster often needed a few attempts before it would stay down. Works very quickly and beautifully even toast. Hugely recommend.

I love the size and look of this toaster but having used this for a few a weeks now I’m disappointed that it toasts very unevenly, one side toasts much quicker than the other. I had expected more for the price and from Dualit.

Dualit toaster is a lifesaver! The outer cover is easy to clean, if you want a minimalist toaster, this is the one. The toaster serves its function and because it's Dualit, it means it's a safe small appliance. Definitely a must-have in every kitchen!0
