Speedy delivery, easy to set up and excellent suction, battery life and charge. We had an old Dyson and this one seems like a real upgrade. The collection bin is much bigger, it has 3 power settings VS 2 and came with more attachment options.

This cleaner is great first time of using I could SEE how much cleaner my carpet was ,and it is so easy to use and has enough charge to do our whole house

I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to purchase a Dyson - the amount of dust extracted from carpets is incredible ! Also reduces time and most importantly back ache ! V10 more suited to small house.

Considerably heavier than my old Dyson but way more effective. Terrifying to see how much dust and grime comes from one flight of carpeted house stairs and that's only on low suction. Very much quieter than previous model and bendy extension bit combined with tools makes both skirting and ceiling a doddle. The longer run time means I can do the whole house in one go so I don't have to do half one day and half the next and then back to the start next day, I now have the luxury of a Dyson free day in between. I've soon adjusted to the different weight and as the roller is about a third wider I don't have to push backwards and forwards so often and the detangle comb leaves the roller free of cat hairs. I don't think I'll ever enjoy housework but this latest means it is at least pleasurable. Thank you Dyson
