Simple to use, found it best to use in conjuction with a carpet stain remover. Would like a larger clean water box as it is repetitive having to refill. Very efficient and effective machine. Solid build not flimsy. Good compromise between commercial full time carpet cleaners and domestic machines.

The upholstery tool is very good the brushes that used on Bissell upholstery Tool are Excellent. I Will highly recommend this Protect to my friends and Family.

I did a fair amount of research on this machine so was happy to pay extra money - it’s worth it. Such a powerful machine. Wished I’d bought this one before trying all the cheaper/weaker machines.
