I'm delighted with this fire and surround. It arrived well packaged. It looks great. Buying something like this on line is always a risk but the product matched the description (and the colour) and I am very pleased.

Looks the part All tree modes are vg. Nice finish good focal point in room draws eye from other fire aka tv . Would have been 5 out of 5 but cable length bit short had noted other fires/surrounds had longer leads. Maybe mention this on product data

Live this fire place. Just what I was looking for, very contemporary and fits in well with my new decor.

Ordered this fire on Tues & paid for the unpacking service as I knew I wouldn't be able to unpack it myself. Delivery driver & mate were very nice, put it in the lounge for me. The fire is lovely, a beautiful finishing touch for my 10 month long refurb of my apartment. I chose this fire as it had a proper height mantel, some fireplace suites are quite low. Fire effect is very realistic, it throws out a good amount of heat & having a thermostat is a bonus. I'm very, very pleased with it.

Beautiful fireplace that has changed the feel of our lounge. Now feels cosy and complete. Heats the room well. Also looks good with just the light feature on. Looks very modern. The colour of the surround is a soft cream, which fits with our existing decor perfectly. Very happy with it.
